Great service with a personal touch. They even did an extra small repair for us that we saw on our walk through when picking it up at no charge. It only took about a minute to fix, but it's the principle of it. I appreciate the kind gesture.

I worked with my parents to find their dream RV for retirement, and today they picked it up from Topper’s RV’s in Waller, TX. After searching the inventory at several different local dealerships over 2 or 3 weeks, they kept saying they were really impressed by Chloe Boland, the sales person at Topper’s. She really stood out to them because she understood their needs and answered all the questions they had without pressuring them in any way shape or form to make a decision on something. She knew a lot about the new and pre-owned models available, and if she didn’t already know something she quickly tracked down whatever we needed information on. This is our second trailer we’ve bought from Topper’s. We ordered a new Rockwood 8264bhs from Robby back in February. He kept us updated the entire time of the status of our trailer. It came in a couple weeks earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. I highly recommend dealing with him if you choose to buy. He’s not pushy stays in constant communication through the entire process. When we went to pick the unit up Rafa was the one that did the walk through. He was awesome and made sure to go through everything. Toward the end we both realized he was the one that did our walk through 5 years prior on our first unit. LeAnn in financing was also amazing. She got us a good rate that matched a bank we were going through. Extremely nice and had everything ready to go when we got there. Minus the walk through it was maybe 30 minutes. I highly recommend buying through Toppers. Thanks again for your great customer service!
